weigh in
Well, I was down to 150.5 last night! Yeah! Getting back in to the 140s will feel really good, and my baby belly is noticeably smaller (at least to me). I was doing great on points until I ate a Chipotle before figuring out how many points it would be. I then found a website that calculates Chipotles and found out the it was 18 points!!!! So I ended up going 1 over for the week, but not too bad. I did cardio 3 times and abs twice, no weights. My goal this week is to do weights at least once, and abs at least 3 times. I also broke my personal record (since I started exercising again) by running 3 miles at 6.2 mph. Yeah! It was hard too because my ipod ran out of batteries, and they didn't have the close captioning on the TVs at the gym, so I just read the reel going across the bottom of the screen on CNN for 30 minutes. NOT FUN! But I'm proud of myself, and way to go Jen and RObin Ann on the weight loss!!! Thanks for the soup recipe. I need something new to try. Ok, going to a doctors appt now with William. Have a great week ladies!
