March 6 Update

Today I ate 1096 calories for 22 points. I made these yummy "garlic parmesan pita chips" that are a weight watcher recipe and got so addicted to eating them that I had to have them instead of lunch! Not great nutrition, but at least I still stayed in the point level for the day. I did 30 minutes of Yoga "Burn". It was hilarious because I had all 3 kids around me watching the DVD and trying to do it. They decided the lady on the video is a robot because no human can really bend and move like that! I tend to agree with them, although I did give it my best shot. I'm going to be so SORE tomorrow. Well, this is totally working for me. I think of you ladies looking over my shoulder ever time I open the fridge or pantry! Good night!
