Hi ladies - I have kind of spaced out for a few days! Too many feedings, diapers, and spit-up I guess! But I have managed to get in a good walk with Nathan for at least 4 days last week and so far two days this week. I'm finding that walking fits well into our daily routine, so I'm going to stick with it and try to pump it up from time to time . . . using the hills around our house, etc.
Food-wise? Well, some days are good; others are bad. What can I say? I agree with Jen that being at home all day doesn't help much. And I find that I have moments that I'm ravenously hungry - perhaps it has something to do with nursing, but as Jen mentioned, it would help me to get a grip on regular meal and snack times.
Still adjusting, I guess. But I am proud of the fact that I have been getting out and walking - that is a definitely hurdle for me (from someone who basically spent the last month of pregnancy barely able to move and then laying low after Nathan's birth due to the c-section).
I know that Janine has also been struggling with the flu, so that is probably why we haven't heard from her much - plus they have a radio school going on there, so they have lots of people coming and going.
I hope Kristin has a great trip.
And I'm proud of Jen for her faithfulness, her discipline and stick-to-itness! You're amazing Jen and an inspiration to the rest of us!
