March 26 Update

Hi all, today I ate 1250 calories for 25 points. So, I'm not doing that great for points this week. I'm steadily using up my flex points and it's not even the weekend! I guess I'll have to exercise more. Today I did 30 minutes of Yoga Burn. A pilates or yoga DVD is a great way to do exercise at home that is fun and not boring. I do it right when I get up at 6 a.m. and it totally gets my blood flowing and wakes me up for when I want to read the Bible and pray before the kids get up. I have two great DVDs that are from the same series. They are broken up into five 10 minutes segments and you can customize your workout to include one, or a few or all of the segments. I always pick three so I can get in 30 good minutes of exercise. They are called "10 minute solution" if anyone is interested. So, that's it for me today.
