Monday, March 3 Update
Today I weighed in at 148 pounds. I ate 1460 calories for 35 Weight Watcher Points. I'm allowed 20 Points per day and then I got 10 activity points for 30 minutes on the elyptical trainer. So, I'm using 5 of my weekly 35 flex points. I also got in 20 sit-ups. I want to work on abs too, Kristin! Not a great first day calorie wise. I need to be better at keeping track of my points during the day and like Ruth said, I need to watch my fat intake more. Avocado and almonds were killers today! Hope you ladies did great in the weight war today!
