March 25

Today I was on the elyptical machine for 25 min. I ate 1205 calories for 24 points. I felt so snacky all day today! It's so hard to make healthy snack choices! I did fine with grapes and celery w/peanut butter but bombed out with cinnamon cookies (2) and a bowl of Golden Grahams. Part of the problem was that I was home all day which is never good. I also just need to plan my eating times better, I suppose...Breakfast, snack at 10 a.m., lunch, snack at 3 p.m., dinner, small after dinner snack 8 p.m. And be good about always having healthy options to choose from. Any other suggestions, ladies?
