March 5 Update
Today I ate 1162 calories for 27 points...too many! I did 30 minutes of "speed walking" for a mile and a half so maybe 3 activity points. So, I guess I used 4 more flex points so I'm down to about 20 flex points for the rest of the week! Here's hoping for more self-control tomorrow. Do you get extra points for certain times of the month when you want to eat everything inside...you know what I'm talking about women!?!
