And I wanted to say thanks to Kristin, for the tip on the veggies and fruit - you're absolutely right - it's so smart to have them cut up and ready to go for that snack. I need to get back into the habit of doing this. Thanks for the reminder!
And also I was wondering what you put into your shake for your lunch? I'm finding that with me being home all day with Nathan, I really don't feel like cooking anything, but rather graze, snack or just eat whatever is left over from the night before. Maybe a fruit shake would be a better idea - easy and full of vitamins and low cal! So just wondering what you put in your shake!
