At long last...

Hi all, I just realized I hadn't logged on here since last Thursday. Bad! I did so, so for points over the weekend. I hate weekends because we're out and about and I can't make healthy choices as easily. So, for weigh-in on Monday morning I stayed steady at 146 which was a bit depressing. Oh well, try harder this week. Yesterday I did 30 min. of core training and abs and I ate 1112 calories for 23 points. I'm sticking to my goal for the end of May and I need to lose a pound a week from here on out for that to happen. Great to hear of your success, Ruth and good for you for sticking it out through the pain!
