shake

Jen, you crack me up how you're so organized and concise and just write down your points and exercise, while I just ramble on and on...

Ruth, in my shake I put 1/2 cup apple juice (in Ecuador I used the Motts all natural stuff on the top shelf last time I looked at Supermaxi) 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt, 1 banana, 1 cup (or a little more) strawberries, and depending on what I have I add some blueberries or raspberries. It makes a lot, and is quite filling. It is worth about 7 points, which is kind of a lot I guess, but I tend to do better just drinking that than standing around the kitchen grazing on whatever I can find. Also, one thing that helped me with exercise in Ecuador when I couldn't go to the gym was to buy an aerobic step and some DVDs. Step aerobics is an awesome workout, as good as running I think if you get the difficult videos. I know what you mean about not having 2 hours at the gym anymore. That's what it took for me to be skinny before too.

I'm not doing too well on the ab exercises, but hoping to do some more tomorrow. Doing well keeping track of points, which is the most important thing. Going to bed now. Take care ladies.
